Have always found Audio Venue at Maidenhead most helpful to me in building or replacing / updating items in my hi-fi system. They always make time to talk through then demonstrate my selected or suggested requirements, even if it means sourcing these items from a manufacturer then loaning to me for a few days, even if I don't finally purchase they are always obliging on my next visit.

Can´t really comment on the products as when I went in to ask for information about them I faced the most unhelpful and unwilling sales rep that I have ever encountered... not sure how they are supposed to sell products like that. Through the web? not sure why have a B&M establishment then...a pity, looks like an awesome place.

I’ve just had a new cartridge fitted to my old Roksan Xerxes. Super sound is back, excellent friendly service and all my old LPs are great again. Long live the King!

Fantastic service. Have been using them for around 15yrs. Not cheap but worth every penny. After sales second to none. Called Nimesh when something crashed and even though he was in Vancouver he still talked me through the solution! There's nothing that big Florian doesn't know about installations. Got the Sky Q up and running despite Sky's ineptitude. They have just finished installation in my new house. Will be using them for the next stage and indefinitely.
