Andrew and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with, I get them to design and make products for my boat business in Antigua. So the items they make are now overseas in the Caribbean. Avoid! They take your deposit, then comes the list of excuses as to why they have not completed your job. Finally, nothing fits correctly, but of course its not Jeckells fault!!!

They had a lot of stock. Thought I had a bargain from the reduction label but was told it was for an other version which had been sold. Still happy just a slight moan.

An unfortunate experience.A quote for parts to be made in 10days ended up as 5 weeks with the first set incorrect. The owner declined to apologise or offer a discount for the time, money and inconvenience resulting.The staff were very pleasant though - hence 2 stars rather than 1.
