I started CrossFit at 46 years old, so your not to old. I didn’t do any fitness before. So you don’t need to be fit to do CrossFit. I have become fit because of CrossFit. Training with other people around you is a great way to stay motivated. With coaches on hand to make sure you are using good technique.

Visiting the box while on holiday. Could not of asked for a friendlier more inviting group to workout with! Highly recommend for anybody looking for box to train from, regardless of your abilities this place will make you feel welcome for sure! Thank you Theta for having us!

Handing over the box after almost 10 years, it had to be to the right group of guys and I knew that these boys would get it bang on.In a short space of time they have made their own, great community of people, great atmosphere, great coaches.I no longer own a CrossFit Box but I love being part of the CF Theta crew, it’s all about the fun and fitness. The classes are great and for all abilities it really is a for everyone.
