I have just had a fantastic service this evening. This was done with such attention to the details and speedily and the engineer showed us how to even work the item and with a good smile on his face.I would rate this service as 10/10 in satisfaction scale.

I rang Ben from BM Electricals last Friday morning to see if they could replace an existing PodPoint EV charger with a Zappi EV charger (which I already had). By chance they were working in Maidenhead at that time. Ben said he would call in to have a look and give me a quote after they had finished their current job. They arrived about 11.45am, gave me an acceptable quote and said that because the wiring and isolation switches were already in place and I had the zappi charger they could do the work then. By 1.15pm charger had been replaced, commissioned successfully, payment was made and they left for their next job. I would definitely recommend Ben of BM Electricals for any future electrical work.

Arrived early, got onto things straight away, kept us informed all the way through, were tidy, professional and polite. Would thoroughly recommend them.

They came to install batteries to our solar system. Their electrical work was very neat clean and excellent quality. They were very particular to explain everything once completed. Appraised me if the next steps. They also corrected some previous work that had not been done to their professional standards. Highly recommended.

BM electricals were totally professional and great value. Paul put up 3 lights fittings and a chandelier. Not a large job so it is nice that they will take the smaller electrical jobs too. Paul was totally professional and wanted to make sure it was perfect. I would definitely use BM again and I would highly recommend. Very pleased with the results.

I tried 3 different electricians, including other high rated ones. The first didn't respond to a voicemail. The second texted, but then didn't arrive at the arranged time. BM arranged their visit around my working hours, completed a job I'd assumed would take hours in about 20 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. They charged me for 2 jobs less than what check a trade says is average for 1. They also informed me my circuit breaker was out of date without pressuring me into having it replaced.

Installed new Solar System in 7 days end to end - 14 panels on 3 story house - magic outcome . Absolutely sensational and professional service ! Thank you Ben
