Used Ryders twice in the last 2 months one was for a service and the next was to replace the passenger door mirror. On both occasions the service team were excellent very helpful and accommodating. No hesitation in recommending these guys. Keep up the good work team.

This is the 5th car I have had from Ryders and the service through the whole process of sales to after care is always exceptional. I expect the sales team to be friendly because they want you to buy and Simon in sales is always friendly and helpful, however I have always been impressed that this level of service continues afterwards from every member of staff I have met. Absolutely delighted with the service from Ryders, particularly as my new car came 4 weeks earlier.Simon was extremely helpful from ordering to delivery and very knowledgeable about the ‘layman’ usage of the controls as this was our first Hyundai. One of the main aspects for us in this transaction was that Simon was very relaxed and not pushy, we felt like a mate was advising us!These were important factors for us, having bought my previous car from another manufacturer and having serious problems throughout ownership, our trust with dealerships was dented but Ryders put us at rest about their service.We actually have a Hyundai dealership in our own area but was told that Ryders at Warrington was first class, so we travelledover to them and was not disappointed.

The team at Ryders are always friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm and nothing is too much trouble. When I bought my car I test drove more than one vehicle before going through the finance options on those I tried. There was no pressure to purchase at all. Once I had chosen the best car for me, pick up was arranged for the following week to allow for final preparation. The car was immaculate when I collected it. Recently had my first service there - courtesy car provided for me, everything ready when I arrived. Car serviced and maps updated. Can't recommend Ryders highly enough - they really do look after you!

Just picked our Hyundai Bayon up , Steve was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and picking up the car was smooth no problems and went through the car functions with us. Also had a test drive before left. Highly recommended this car, amazing and effortless to drive. Will certainly get my next one from Ryder's. Thanks guys.

Really happy with our purchase. The dealership & Charlie answered our questions and we felt informed the whole way. This was especially important as we were making the shift to an EV. They were patient and informative.For context we went to three or four dealerships prior to this and they just weren't as friendly or helpful as Ryders. Would recommend visiting if you're in the market for a new car.
