Lots of spaces. Columns prevent big cars from getting some bays. Very tight turns, watch those alloys

Nicely situated but expensive if staying for 6 hrs or more. I paid £13.20 for 7 hrs. Parked here twice and had to pay by cash. Machines on all floors were not accepting cards. When it does work there are some cards you can't use. Doesn't support apple pay or Google pay.

Great little car park on the edge of the high street but how on earth do you pay for parking if you have no cash? Machine doesn't accept most types of card (whole long list printed on the side) and it isn't always easy to access cash without walking all the way back to town :( also no option to pay online... needs updating !

Richmond council might need to update its facilities. I can understand old machine can’t accept contactless, but not accepting card from major bank, it is very annoying.

It's a bit dirty and the machines need updating to accept modern forms of payment (i.e. contactless), but the rates aren't bad for London and it's easy enough to navigate around.

It's a multistorey car park. Free on Sunday but you must use the ticket machine to get out. Rest of the week you pay but can get money back if you spend over £10 in Waitrose and present ticket at the till. Also get a small discount if you use a Richmond Card which is free from council if you live in the borough.

Extremely old carpark, slow machine which resorts into long queues to just pay the car park. Please get at least into the 20th century, I'd not the 21st...

Real pain to pay by card, no Google or Apple Pay, no HSBC cards, no Newday cards, had to find some cash in the end

Tightest and most old fashioned car park. The list of cards it doesn't accept is absurd. A note saying council is aware is frustrating to say the least.
