Be very careful when you seek a no win no fee from Lanyon .that women dealt with me made my case took 3 years lack of communication when your case comes close to 3 years they bottle it .please seek alternative before even going with this company. They will sting you good and proper

Commissioned Lanyon Bowdler to manage the probate process that was associated with my late father's estate. Sadly I had a very stressful experience. Poor communications, money was paid out to me that shouldn't have been which resulted in a financial mess for me. I really can't recommend.

Extremely poor. Telephoned to try to get a quote for a will and told they won't give quotes over the phone, a preliminary 30min visit of £165+vat was required before they could even advise a rough figure. Found the telephonist very rude!

Avoid. Used for probate leasehold sale. Made initial assumption that our property was in a bulk request for a new lease to be produced (as they were currently working on other sales on the same development) - it wasn't and we had to find this out ourselves (months later). Reluctant to chase leasehold solicitor - even just for a simple quote - when weeks had gone by! Documents arrived incomplete and weren't sent by email when requested. All the delays cost us hundreds of pounds in fees and utility bills for the property. Still waiting for 3rd party refund a month later, after they made a mess of reparations.
