Excellent coaching!! I come back week after week and after every session I feel like I'm progressing more and more!!One-to-One's don't get much better... I've done a lot of these with lots of different companies/people - GreenLightPT's sessions are head and shoulders above the rest!I let the figures do the talking... I took 1 minute and 50 seconds of my 400m time since working with GreenLight and am currently training with them to go sub 5!Highly Recommend!!

A year ago I could just about swim 25m front crawl. After a swim clinic in the summer and participation in the Thursday evening training for a couple of months, I managed 2000m front crawl last week. Great training sessions with a first rate coach.
