Love Button Moon. Found it whilst exploring Arnold one day, lovely friendly atmosphere with a nice variety of products. There are many items placed within the shop made from the wool that is sold on the premise to provide inspiration - I always make a special effort to try to pop in each time I travel down from North Lincoln.

Awful customer service. Has a exchange policy so don’t buy the wrong wool and expect them to change it, even if it’s just been bought. No refunds or returns here. Try somewhere else.

Visited Button Moon for the first time today, I've been meaning to for a while. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly, I like to support independent retailers and I will definitely be back very soon.

We visited after a long lock down - what a joy to be in a yarn shop again! Impressive selection of DK plus other weights. Nice loyalty card for those of us where one ball will never be enough! There's a great layout enabling clear view of stock without crowding the space and plenty of hand sanitiser available. I had contacted the shop a few days earlier regarding an elusive colour (out of stock EVERYWHERE!) and was very pleased to get a quick response that they had plenty. I have promised my knitter Mum a visit here once the rules allow - she lives two counties away and will not be disappointed. Really easy to access with 2hrs free car park on the other side of the main road. Plus ( as I did) a great park to reward a patient toddler after final purchases made.

This shop is amazing!! Floor-to-ceiling of every colour and type of wool you need for any project. An array of different buttons, ribbons and fabrics to add. They have patterns to look at. No ask is too small, the owners are there to lend a hand. It's just off the main row of shops in long Eaton but not hard to find, open daily until 3 pm. You can see some projects that have been made with the wool that is sold in the shop. so you can get an idea of the outcome when using a particular wool. A great feature is the loyalty card, for every ball of wool you buy you get a stamp once you have collected a certain amount you get a free ball. Such a lovely touch.

Every crochet & knitters dream!!! I'm brand new to crochet and got lost with all the yarn and accessories. Couldn't choose!!! Will definitely be back. Loved it!I also noticed they did knitting and crochet courses for beginners and improvers. Great service too ☺️

Great little place. They run groups and courses. Knitting group was lovely. Drink and cake £3 and 2 hrs meet up. Great owner
