Michael arranged a date that suited me. On the day he sent a text to let me know he will arrive within 40mins and true to his word he arrived. He’s very friendly and made me feel at ease. He took off his shoes when he was checking the heat in the carpeted bedrooms with out me having to ask. As he was leaving he said if I have any problems to call him which I believe he is trueful to his word and I am useless with electrical things. Michael is a credit to the company. Thanks Michael.

I called Heatbox when I discovered I had a gas leak in my house. The pipe was buried under my concrete living room floor so Mike disconnected it and ran a new pipe in a more accessible location. He arrived when he said he would, was friendly and done a great job that I was more than happy with. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Mike at HeatBox immediately diagnosed the issue, and carried out emergency repairs. He then scheduled in the main repairs and carried them out as agreed. I'm very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Mike from HeatBox came to service our old boiler, which was found to be faulty. He talked us through all the options and we decided to have a new boiler. He turned up on time and replaced the boiler to a very high standard. Very friendly, professional and tidy. He also explained how it all worked. Would definitely recommend him.

I called Mike at HeatBox after being let down by other local heating engineers to diagnose faults with my boiler. Mike was able to diagnose the fault and best advise the most cost effective solution. I really appreciated his honest and helpful approach and he really wanted to help get my house reliably warm again. The professionalism of Mike and the quality of his work was outstanding. I can't recommend him highly enough.
