Jo did a fantastic job on servicing my machine which, when I dropped it off, was unusable. Her communication was great, keeping me informed of progress and options of replacements that would improve its performance. Now happily sewing again!

Great friendly service and excellent communication!So happy that I've found Jo - an excellent service and repair job on my much-used Janome Atelier 7.I would heartily recommend her - she was friendly and contacted me at every stage to let me know what she was doing and to see whether I wanted to proceed and what costs would be involved.Because I run my own business and rely on my machine, I was particularly pleased that the whole thing was done in just a week at such a busy time of the year for me. This work included sorting a fault, a full service on my machine and also ordering a new needle plate. I felt reassured that my beloved machine was in good hands and it was returned to me at peak performance: it now sews better than it has done for a while!I was also grateful for the advice to not ever use a spray air duster to clean it out! Thank you Jo, I really appreciate your work and brilliant communication throughout. I look forward to seeing you next year for my annual service.

I took my 25+ year old New Home sewing machine, which no longer produced a zigzag stitch, to Jo for a service. She was able to get it all working properly and sewing better than it has done for years. I can highly recommend her.
