Fabulous service. Even before I had stepped into the building I was put at ease with a quick video sent to my phone detailing the whole process. The scan took less than 5 minutes and I was guided through it fully. Excellent.

What a lovely place to go for a scan. The lady who greeted me couldn’t have been more lovely and welcoming after a journey from hell to get there lol. She talked me through everything and was very calming. Such a pleasant experience all round.

Arrived early in case could get in quicker as had things to do -very obliging and straight in! Everything well explained by a very pleasant young lady,and easy to understand. All done in 5-7 mins.

The Radiographer was very polite and friendly. I had watched the video before I attended so I knew what to expect. However, she explained it to me again whilst I was there.

Super easy experience.The reception area is lovely and clinically clean as is the scan room. I was greeted with a friendly smile by a very courteous and knowledgeable member of staff who was happy to explain everything that was happening and, eventually what had happened. I watched the suggested video prior to arrival which helped make sure I arrived on time and ready for the scan.All in all, as smooth as you'd hope for.If I need a dental scan again I'd have no hesitation in revisiting here for sure. 10/10
