Quite expensive in my opinion.My car failed it's MOT, due to an emission sensor.Brought it here, they did a diagnostic test and filled my tires with air. Oh, and set the tyre pressure on the car.The diagnostic test showed no problems. The car just needed a good run.The tyre part was £49.00 plus VAT! Feel like I had my pants pulled down if I'm honest.Total cost: £214.00A learning curve to question people on their pricing before using them. And even after to be fair.Charging a fellow human £49.00 for tyre pressure is ludicrous.Lost a potential customer due to greed really.

A few days before setting of for a long drive to Scotland for two weeks holiday, our trusty Volvo developed a disconcerting noise which turned out to be a broken off side spring damaged by poor highway maintenance in East Kent. Despite it being close to Easter with two consecutive short weeks, Kerit sourced the spare parts which arrived in good time for George to squeeze us in for the necessary repairs so we will get away as planned, confident that we are roadworthy again. Thanks everyone for making it happen.

Kirit Parmar & George Beck are the face of East Kent Automotive, their customer service is excellent. On arrival at the site you will be met by either one. Both give you a warm welcome whether it is your first, tenth or after multiple appointments. I have always found the quality of their work to be excellent, top notch. Whenever I have asked for information about any issue I've had with my car (Land Rover Discovery 4), the answers have been given in a manner that I can understand, I have always been treated fairly and with respect. 100% customer satisfaction.

I needed a specialist repair to the quattro sports differential on my 2010 Audi S4. I approached a couple of local garages who weren't really interested so I did a bit of searching and I found this company. They put the car on the ramp and diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate, whilst there I got to see they had all the latest equipment and diagnostics. I was confident they had the expertise so I had the work done, the final bill was very reasonable and exactly as per the estimate.I have subsequently taken the car back for an oil service which was also great value. The accompanying paperwork confirms they also carried out a comprehensive vehicle health check including pre and post service diagnostic fault scans, and they cleaned it. Having owned several high performance Audi’s over the years I’ve begrudgingly taken them to the main dealer for the sake of the service record but I can honestly say I would happily defend this company’s stamp in the book as it’s a far superior experience in every way.

Booked my car in for 4 wheel alignment I am very choosy where I take my car booked the car in with Kirit who explained what they would do and mentioned about some issues that can happen so there wasn’t any surprises. George was very helpful and explained how much adjustment was need to get all 4 wheels pointing in the right direction. I will definitely use them again

I used EKA for the first time to diagnose electrical issues on my Jaguar XF. Their advice and service from the initial telephone conversation with George to the drop off of vehicle and collection was excellent. Having solved the electrical issues I asked them to carry out a full service. This highlighted the need for new front brake discs at some point in the future but with some wear still left. It was refreshing that this was advised for the future as opposed to being up sold at time of service. The final cost was very reasonable for the amount of work carried out. They are now my go to garage for my personal car and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I can fully recommend this garage. All our vehicles in our household have been repaired at somepoint by EKA, a VW, Renault and a Skoda, with a range of issues throttle bodies, faulty sensors, service, tyres and MOT's.I had my Renault break down before and had it recovered to EKA and they diagnosed and ordered the faulty part same day.Our last visit was on Friday and it was for 4 tyres on the Skoda, my wife is always busy and they managed to give her an accurate time to visit and wait while they were done. All fitted in great time and best price around, all in a very happy customer.Will confidently use them again.Thank You.

Terrible service on three occasions, made complaint to be abused by the owner. Will never take my car there again. Customer service is not something they consider. All the owner wanted to do was argue about ten pounds for letting me use there courtesy car and me not filling up! Did ten miles in it, he demanded £10:00 and would release my car until I paid it.Whilst I agree that the customer is not always right, it would appear that to this absolute shower of a garage that they are always right and will treat people how they want.Having experienced a rant from the owner its no wonder the staff always look miserable.I will never darken there door again!!!!!!!!Two sides to a story I see from the response that they don't match how funny. Do I waste my time replying to this ? Is it really worth it ? I know what what happened and I know what was said. I'm happy to never take my car back to this garage end of !!!!

I came here for a simple oil change on my BMW, attracted by the good reviews. I would have been fine with the relatively high cost but disappointed that the oil change did not include changing the filter, and that I was not informed of this. I consider this quite standard, so when I asked about this I found the explanation quite poor, and was surprised to be charged for the fix given that I wasted half my day getting to the shop and back for their omission. It's a shame as the shop is squeaky clean, otherwise very professional and I get the feeling they do good work.

Have used this company to do the last 2 services on my Jaguar and any maintenance work needed to be done in keeping my Jaguar in tip top condition.Today they replaced the timing belt, pump belt and the axillary belt on the car.Very happy with the service I received from George10/10
