Customer service is dependent on who serves you.Latest experience was not great as the guy told me to go to Apple instead of exhausting all avenues of the issue. I have had to go home to do a sim swap in order to solve the issue myself (1 week later) .Although the last few experiences was great before this.

Due an upgrade, but the shop & other local shops didn't have the device I wanted. Disappointed is the word for today......On the plus side the lad in the shop was very helpful & apologetic.....but it wasn't his fault.

Took my broken iPhone in to get it returned for repair. Basically they weren't interested, it wasn't crowded but no one who knew what to do came to see me. The recommendation was to go away and phone O2 customer services. Terrible service.I went to Hempsted Valley shop instead and they were brilliant (see my review there).

Massive thankyou to Shemroy at the store today. Left my SIM in my old phone after an exchange he was able to sort me a new one in 5 mins and activate etc saved my life. Shemroy is a Credit to O2 and was simply amazing today.Thanks you Tim
