Impact MMA

Impact MMA is a brilliant gym, my son goes to the junior classes and loves them. They offer a huge variety from MMA, boxing, muay Thai, submission grappling and strength and conditioning, as well as lots of open mats and gym sessions and even sports massage and 1-2-1 coaching. The coaches are all brilliant with the kids and everyone is super welcoming. It's a brilliant atmosphere very fun and vibrant, my son loves it so much he trains seven days a week now. The different memberships available means there is something for every budget and it's definitely well worth the money. There's also comfy seating for parents to sit and watch. Highly recommend impact MMA.

I’ve trained at many gyms all over the world due to work commitments but I’ve never felt more at home and welcomed than impact! Give it a try and you won’t look back!

A great place to train and learn martial arts. All the staff are super friendly and everyone has been very welcoming. The sessions are fun and varied, and you can get out of training what you want from it (e.g. just improving fitness or learning to compete).

We did this with the local scout group.All the coaches are really nice and we're really good with the kids and they all had a wonderful time learning new skills

This is an amazing Gym. It also offers equipment hiring and training for kids and adults.The gym is on the ground floor and contains the equipment and weights. There's also ample space for training. The first floor hosts the boxing ring and a lot of space for training. It can easily fit up to 20.The instructors are great and friendly. Kids love them and the array of training activities they provide.It is a great place but I think the ambience can be improved.

If your looking for an amazing place to train look no further! Impact MMA have all sorts of different groups to join with absolutely class coaches. I have been training there for the past 7 months doing Muay Thai mainly, but also going to Boxing and MMA classes and I have improved super quickly. They work with people of any level, so if you just want to train casually and get fit, or if you want to turn pro, Impact MMA have you covered. I highly recommend them!
