I've worked with right at home Nottingham North for awhile now all the management go above and beyond to make sure all clients needs are met and making sure staff are going the extra mile for clients. The whole company go out of the way not only for clients but for staff aswell. Anne, Rebecca and Emma have personally helped me understand all the training and making sure I was comfortable with the dutys required of me. They introduced us to our clients prior to working with them to ensure the clients are happy with the staff they have been allocated. Management are always there if you need them for anything and always letting us know how well we are doing and putting us forward for more training in the areas we'd like to better ourselves. Honestly i couldn't thank the management enough they are all amazing and thirve making sure all staff are happy so inturn we can make our clients happy.

Having being an employee at right at home, has been a really good experience, managers are caring and supportive towards staff. And naturally care for their clients. Management are very well organised and they also make their staff feeling appreciated. Management come out their way to introduce you to new clients prior to working with them. Honestly it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for.
