Shocking. Got laminate from them guy came and ruined the fitting, used black glue to fill gaps. When I complained they didn't care at all. Avoid at all costs

Nice people at the shop but fitters were poor and they say they don’t use the clear glue to seal lino. Also creases in the lino even tho I had the floor screeded before hand, probably won’t use again

Gill in the shop who took the order was great the guy who measured up was efficient and brought samples all seemed to be going well.Carpet fitters arrived didn't really introduce themselves and the older guy left the house smelling of old smokeAll the off cuts where thrown into the bed room and the off cut of the metal threshold was picked up by our 4 year old who cut her hand on it as she had gone up stairs first and picked it up in the bathroom before id had chance to go up and discover the mess.Hovered the carpets today and they have lifted straight up and this never happened in 4 years with the previous carpet.Just glad we only had the stairs and landing done.Maybe the fitters just need a bit of cusomer service and delivery training.Gill you were lovely and really helpful!

Really happy with the consultation, the owner really knows what he's talking about. Reasonable pricing, good range of products. Very quick and professional fitting too. Would definitely use again
