We were lucky enough to stay in one of their studios, big bedroom, separate lounge with kitchen and fridge, 45inch TV and stereo system. Best stay in London we ever had.

Well how should I start if I could give zero stars I would I was dealing with ANNA who says she's the manager to be honest she couldn't manage herself I was on the way to London when she called up to cancel the booking for no apparent reason also giving me higher rates than her previous colleague I would not recommend and I will NEVER be returning to this apartment I will also be making a formal complaint.

We had a great time in the spacious apartment. As a family of five it is sometimes hard to get a nice place, but this was perfect. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, a living room (with an extra bed), a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.The only drawback was that we had to take public transport to get into town and therefore experienced the london rush hour.

A great place to call “home”.The building staff are professionals and always friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The atmosphere is amazing starting from the entrance with lovely setting to a coffee room with a nice hall for entertainment indoor and outdoor for the tenants to use and beautifully furnished. The apartment is elegantly furnished and spacious with all what you may think of is available starting from the kitchen stuff to the bedrooms. The location is great and safe area near shopping, restaurants, and transportations. I will highly recommend this place to others.

Management quality has deteriorated since a year ago. Under staffed. Facilities are not accessible after working hours and weekend. Rentals have increased by 30% since the last year. Great size unit and well furnished but with the price, get something else with 24 hrs access to facilities.

The pictures look brighter however the apartment looks extremely dim ....they should make the apartment brighter also the water services was slow .....And the some staff were not professional at all especially the night staffsThe morning staffs were okay.Pros: Good view from the apartmentComfortable beds

Great location for our weekend, going to the O2. The apartment was spotless as we're all the public areas. All the staff were excellent, so helpful from arrival to departure. Car parking excellent. I will certainly be staying here again.

Nada a dizer negativo. Apartamento confortável, espaçoso, limpo, com tudo a funcionar na perfeição. A recepção 24 horas é uma mais valia, no nosso caso exclusivamente pelo chek in tardio, não descurando a amabilidade dos colaboradores. Excelente relação qualidade preço. A zona envolvente Canary Wharf é uma zona empresarial nova com um toque de requinte não só pela beleza, canais existentes, mas também pelos efeitos luminosos nesta altura e que são as luzes de inverno, colocadas em todas as ruas, árvores e jardins e acesas 24 horas. Recomendo vivamente. É sempre um local a considerar numa nova deslocação.
