Sick gym, the staff and vibe there is as good as it gets. Very welcoming and helpful. The gym itself is stacked with great equipment and perfect for filming content. I’ll 100% be going back and recommending the place to everyone.

Thank you fortitude. What a find ! I drove past this place and thought I’d see what it was all about. From the moment I stepped foot inside your doors i felt so welcome. I had never been to a gym before so opted for a personal trainer and Kyle was amazing, friendly and very motivating. From the atmosphere to the amazing new equipment, it really is an all round amazing place to work out. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating when needing instruction. They have a large selection of drinks and snacks available for pre or post workout munchies. A large combat zone upstairs which is great to blow off some steam. A chill out zone with a pool table and areas to do work with amazing WiFi. I honestly cannot thank you enough and cannot recommend this space enough. Plenty of parking available and just a great community. Can’t wait to see you again soon.

Made the best decision by joining the group, boxing coaches have got an huge IQ of the sport, lovely atmosphere.

Absolutely brilliant gym! Such a friendly atmosphere made to feel at ease and comfortable instantly and always someone there if you need help with anything! Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Solid gym, limited number of machines but fairly quiet so not an issue. Decent amount of calibrated plates and deadlift platforms.Friendly helpful staff. Covers the majority of bases.

I have never felt so welcomed in to a gym! The staff are amazing and create an electric atmosphere, the attention to detail with the equipment and furnishings is second to none, the members are so supportive and approachable...and once you're there you don't want to leave.I have always felt like I didn't belong" at other gyms
