This is a lovely space. You don't have to be a Buddhist to visit, everyone receives a warm welcome. Highly recommend the group meditations . Do yourself a favour & pop in, might be the best thing you ever did

I've been coming here for over a year for the group meditation sessions, along with a couple of special events to study Buddhism in more depth. The quality of the meditations is fantastic, and I've learnt a huge amount. Jo, who runs the classes, is highly knowledgeable, and always willing to explore the ideas behind the meditations in more depth. Come to some classes and get your zen on.
