First lesson today and it was great! I had never been on a board before so was alittle nervous, Debbie made me feel at ease and within 5 minutes of being on the board I was standing up!!. Debbie's knowledge and information she gave you about safety and getting to know your board was great. Can't wait to go back for my second lesson. 100% recommend to anyone looking to start out or to even improve. Thanks again.

Had a great lesson with Debbie last week. My first time on a SUP great experience. Debbie gave simple easy to follow instructions before going on the water and throughout the lesson, Debbie was very supportive and gave encouragement helping to build confidence . I will be arranging further lessons in the coming weeks.

A great experience with a fabulous instructor! Have paddle boarded three times now with Debbie and she instills such confidence in you. Once you're out on the water she supports you at each stage to ensure you progress at your own pace. Lots of fun and fresh air, and maybe a stop off for coffee! Great for the mind and body! I'm hooked!

Debbie is a fantastic teacher, she completely put us both at ease, so chilled and a natural at tuition, the whole experience of trying something new to me and my husband was brilliant. Being on the water was so relaxing, a great exercise, and being with Debbie gave us safe space to try SUP. She has great quality boards to learn on, she was so much fun too, so when you think of lessons, GO TO DEBBIE!!! You won't regret it, can't wait for our next session :)

We enjoyed a very positive experience under Debbie's tutelage. She imparted many useful tips about the SUP and it's uses. She was very attentive and encouraging once on the water and very mindful of our safety. I didn't want the lesson to end. A great experience.

We had tried paddleboarding once before elsewhere without instruction. Our experience with Debbie at 121 SUP was exceptional - her instruction was fantastic, she gave us some great tips for improving our style and was really supportive, but also let us just enjoy paddling along the peaceful Bridgewater canal. Thanks Debbie! We'll be back.

Such a brilliant experience under Debbie's expert tuition. It's not as easy as it looks but with her patience and advice, both Sarah and I were up and paddling in no time. We really enjoyed our three lessons and would highly recommend Debbie / 121sup.com for a professional and relaxed introduction to paddle boarding.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Great way to get outside and enjoy the canal whilst getting some exercise. Debbie was super approachable and calming, also very encouraging when we were nervous! 10/10 experience
