Jones Opticians is the best. I have been going here since I was 8 years old and am now 34 and living overseas. I have been to various opticians Specsavers, OPSM and have always encountered one issue or another. Jones offers a professional and friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble and they provide a top level of service and care. Even the little things like remembering your name (without looking it up on the computer), taking their time and not feeling rushed, providing additional advice. It's not flashy or fast and some might call it a little dated, but that's not the point - the eye care is of another level that you won't get anywhere else. I cannot recommend it enough!

Very friendly staff ! I went here to give a bunch of flowers to a lovely I met in the bus. She was so down to earth and very happy soul! She told me she is going to get her eyes tested. I came back to say thank you for such a lovely person talking to me. Not I experience this everyday . So i explained to staff at the front desk my story and to find out how lovely ladies they are too. I will also come here for sure when I need an optician . Best wishes ! Gayani

I've just collected my lovely William Morris glasses from Jones Opticians and I couldn't be happier with them. Top notch service from beginning to end, the whole process was relaxed yet professional. They listened to my needs during fitting so they are extremely comfortable to wear. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys.
