Karl and his team at KC projects have been working on the adjoining neighbours property on Adelaide crescent in hove - they are one of the most courteous professional building and decorating companies I’ve had the pleasure to come across. Even though they’ve not been working directly on my property they’ve been very proactive in clearing up any debris from my land, very informative about the schedule of works maintaining minimal disruption to me. From observation and chatting to my neighbours whom are thrilled with their works, their work is of a very high standard, the quality and eye to detail is second to none with a great knowledge of grade 2 listed buildings and the care and attention needed on a heritage building . The team of guys are very polite and friendly. Id without hesitation throughly recommend KCP to anyone who’s looking to get building works or decorating undertaken as it’s guaranteed that you will get a 1st class professional job done.

KC projects repaired and decorated the front of house, including the gutter and roof. The team did a fabulous job, a good friendly team, clear communication and a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Lovely flat decoration from Carl and the team.The standards are really high and they took pride in leaving it looking as good as they possibly could, which often meant going above and beyond to get things done.What I really liked was their can-do attitude. Any problem was greeted with a cheerful assertion that it could and would be sorted.I would thoroughly recommend them and hope to work with them again on future projects.

KC Projects Ltd came to us with a reasonable quote and a full list of all work to be done. They were to repair the render and paint the front of the building. Carl kept an eye on the work as it progressed but his workers were really friendly, helpful and they did a really thorough and professional job and cleaned up the site once all the work had been completed. We will use them again for future projects and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Carl and his team have done a fantastic job of various internal and external decoration jobs for us. They were courteous, on time and tidy!Carl kept us informed on progress throughout the work and was always happy to take on board my numerous changes to the plans.We have already asked them back for the next phase.

Carl and his team undertook painting the back of our house, re-painting the extremely rusty front fence as well as stripping and re-glossing our front door and re-painting our front pillars and wall. This involved removing a resin-based coating which was peeling terribly at the back, making good all cracks as well as the painting itself.The team worked hard every day, were always here on or before time and did a fantastic job. They were friendly and tidy. I have already recommended them to a friend who is just as pleased with their work as we are.We cannot fault the work. It is excellent. Thanks again and we would use your services again when we needed them as well as recommending them to everyone!

I am very pleased by the work carried out by KC Projects. Carl gave me a detailed estimate. Paddy worked very hard to produce an excellent result on my property. Rendering, and painting exterior walls, and giving attention to detail. All done in an efficient time frame. I would recommend this company.
