Professional company, could not have been more polite, reasonable cost , Ours was a difficult job with remnants of builders dust, along with cat hairs and detritus . We have a beautiful old Chinese rug, I thought it was beyond redemption, Until Will came along, he dry Vacuumed, did a colourfast test, pile groomed, cleaned and applied a stain shield , it looks fabulous, so do all my carpets, I cannot recommend this company highly enough,. even the cats like it.

We had 4 rugs that desperately needed cleaning. They were taken away and returned, beautifully clean and really showing the gorgeous colours. I just need to remember to do this more frequently as had forgotten how lovely the rugs are! Great service from Cotswold Carpet Cleaners. Friendly and good value!
