A modern church to sit and reflect, laid out in a simple style. It was open when I went there .the rose was on the outside wall.

There are two churches on the Holy island. St Mary the virgin church and St Aiden's catholic church. The catholic church comes under the diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. It is a small church and Mass is celebrated on every sunday
