Wylde Green Sub Post Office

I use this Post office everyday , ladies are always friendly and helpful very busy and always served promptly.

Very friendly staff. Go in here everyday to post my packages.

Very rude and racially service from them. Not so helpful at all. I don’t know how this people running this post office judging by all the reviews They should be sacked!

I visit this post office at least twice a week. This is for business and personal items. I can't begin to say how pleased and grateful I am for the service from this post office over the last year!With all the difficulties that we're all going through, I saw the same ladies coming into work and performing this Post Office service for their customers every single time I visited. There were some days that Individual workers were on their own. The workload seems very busy and they get on with it" always a smile and some conversation when it is your time to be served.I've always found them very quick and efficient and also patient. I've witnessed quite a number of difficult customers over this year and I've been extremely impressed with how situations have been handled.I've also been in on a number of occasions with quite a large number of parcels. There were no complaints and I was put at ease when I worried that I might be holding up other customers. My posing has always been performed quickly and efficiently.I would like to say a thank you to Susan

No queue ( unlike the at least 30 mins queue I saw earlier at Erdington post office.Was attended to by Barbara and Siobhan, who were both helpful and friendly. No been here before, but will do so again.

PLEASE do not go to this Post Office AWFUL service.. the larger dark short haired thing!!! that works in the post office needs sacking ,she obviously likes to lord it over people, disgraceful customer service from her, and going by the other reviews Im clearly not the only one that thinks it either.. they don,t deserve the 1 star but had to put it

I visit this post office almost every day, and every single day I am greeted by two lovely ladies that don't seem to ever go home! I hope I have got their names right, i believe they are Brenda and Siobhan. They are so down to earth and nothing is too much trouble, and full of information when I ask so many questions regarding postage ! They make my journey there every day a very easy, smooth and pleasant one! Thank you ladies ! See you tomorrow!

I only use this post office when forced to. The staff are rude, dismissive and unfriendly. They only speak when they have to. What happened to service? I dislike going into Erdington as it is not a clean and friendly place anymore but at least the post office staff there are always pleasant and welcoming.
