I also forgot to list that although I was told the car had been washed it had not and that the Service Department frequently don't answer the phone and I have to get the Sales team to email them for me. This is very frustrating.

Customer service should be improved.Didn't feel welcomed, cold greeting. No lounge facilities promised, had to buy coffee outside in the corner shop and just went to the town, because there is no facilities for customer to stay. Volvo shouldn't offer options they can't provide.Haven't been offered to look at the new cars. Nobody from sales team asked me any questions if I might be considering to buy a new Volvo! I wouldn't buy anything here. Customer service doesn't exist.It would be 1 star rating for customer service, but actual car service was excellent.Everything was done in the way I asked. Guys are doing a great job on cars. 5 stars for a car service itself!

Recently purchased a used car from this dealer. Chris was great in terms of communication from the first moment up until we collected the car. He explained everything transparently and the process was super smooth. Would definitely recommend.

I have two Volvos which have been serviced regularly by Caffyns - I have had both since new - in 1998 and 2008 - and they are still in excellent condition. I have always had first class service from Caffyns Worthing and their service staff are particularly helpful at all times.

Shocking experience from Caffyns. Please don’t make the same mistake as us and purchase a car from them. We have had our car 6 months and it’s already been in to our local volvo garage for repairs. Empty promises from Noel and the manger (who doesn’t return calls when asked)A very disappointed customer! Please if you want a volvo go to Doves In West Sussex not Caffyns! So upset that we have had to pay out nearly £1000 after only buying our car 6 months ago and doing very little mileage. They seem to have the sales ‘talk’ but no after sales service!

It is a big decision for us to buy a new car and we had been looking for quite a while. When we saw the Lexus online at Caffyns we were very interested. Harrison was extremely helpful and engaging which encouraged us to purchase the car. Unlike some car salespeople we have dealt with, Harrison wasn't pushy, he was courteous and seemed very genuine, he was a pleasure to deal with. We love our new car and enjoyed the whole experience of buying from Caffyns.

I recently haad my V40 serviced and MOT'd here and I couldn't be more satisified with the level of service and attention received. Well worth the 20+ mile journey to a main dealer.

Went to Caffyns Volvo to have my car serviced. The staff were very courteous - Aaron from Sales and Jake from service.
