The Robot Mower

We’ve had our Ambrogio 4.0 Elite for a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve been very well supported by TheRobitMower co which really helped with a complex installation. An excellent company to deal with and would recommend both the service and Ambrogio for their excellent, robust products.

Having decided I wanted a robotic lawn mower, I spoke over the ‘phone to Paul, to discuss the available options according to the size of my lawn. He was very knowledgable and I decided on the model to suit my needs. I made the order on the website and three days later it arrived by DPD carrier. An excellent service from start to finish.

Bought an Ambrogio L60. I love it and the customer service provided by Paul was exemplary. I am totally sure I chose the right mower as I didn't want the hassle of a perimeter wire. Every query I've had has been answered quickly and efficiently. I recommend both the firm and the machine. I want my grass to grow quickly so I can use it more often.

In April I purchased two of the Ambrogio mowers (4.0 elite and 4.36 Elite) to cover about 8,500m2 of lawn at my home on Cambridgeshire.Hugely knowledgeable and very patient when explaining all the facets of these machines to the layman, Paul also expertly installed the necessary wire over two days using his wire burying machine. As an official dealer for Ambrogio he is also well supported by the factory in Italy.For the last month both machines have been working consistently day and night and it is proving a great investment as it used to take me three to five days every month to keep the lawns just in check. More often than not time constraints meant my grass went uncut for over a month meaning the it was very long and over time the quality of the lawns deteriorated season after season.Already the lawns are benefitting from the consistent micro cutting and mulching. I’m expecting that by the end of the season they will be looking much much better.The Ambrogio robot mower range are nothing short of excellent and more affordable than I expected when I first started looking into getting a robot mower and finally, the ability to monitor them and send commands to them via the app from anywhere in the world is a really really useful feature.

We have had an excellent ongoing support from Paul. The Robot Mower were the only company to suggest a way of extending the power cable from the house to the charge point, and to help with sourcing... We then purchased because of the presales support and have had excellent aftercare.

I have been sitting on the fence regarding purchase of a robot mower for sometime. My little mower (or Mulchi as we call him) now cuts diligently, come rain or shine, thus allowing me to do other work or better still, watch football. I love the way I can control Mulchi from any part of the world. He is quite robust, being a 4.36 and has not caused any problems.This could not have been done without the services of Paul and the Robot Mower shop. Paul went the extra mile in difficult terrain. Paul installed Mulchi, laid the cables (in the rain), set the programs up and made sure all was ok before he left.My only problem now is how to sell my ride on which is gathering dust. I wanted to keep it for emergencies but I have not had any cause to use it!

Paul was able to analyse the lawn and explain how to set up the perimeter wire for different sections, and based on that and the location of the base, he advised on the best model of mower. He was also very helpful when I had a question during set-up. The mower is now installed and working very well - thank you!

Just prior to covid lockdown we had paul come down for a demo. After some consideration and help from paul we bought a lovley red l250 . We call him Humphrey after our old sher pei Dog . Paul was very helpful all the way through answering questions and help with the perimeter wire when i had some problems well done( The Robot mower) would recommend you to anyone .

I had an Ambrogio robot mower installed about two months ago by Paul. He was absolutely great. Very approachable, very knowledgeable and has given excellent after sales service. He has always been available, at the end of a phone, to deal with any problems I've encountered. In fact he has gone far above and beyond what could be expected.I fully recommend him and the product, Ambrogio robotmowers, without hesitation.
