Well stocks of motoring & cycle products. Managed to get all my motoring essentials. Extremely happy with the cashier's that serve me. She was courteous and polite.

Great experience - Just had my son’s bike repaired today. Although busy they still fitted in another job & made the little one happy. The price was right & the waiting time was adequate. Special Thank you to Michael for the great service you provided with today.

Just got my battery changed. Excellent service, Alex did all the checks to ensure a battery change was required and tested out which battery was best suited for my car. Very impressed and happy with the level of service provided. Thanks

Ordered in a Brompton A-line here, staff are cool as.The only down side is i didn't get a call when my bike was ready to go mid week, but they get quite busy so not even mad.I found that each member of staff was happy to help and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.Thanks.

Halfords have always provided me with quality goods at fair prices. Their after sale support is the best you can get and they do their best to solve any issue you may have.I bought my bicycle from them 2019, since then they have taken care of my wheels to be true and buy any consumables I may need.Recently I had to replace the whole frame of my bicycle since the old one got damaged and it cracked. The nice lady at the bicycle section was very helpful in helping me get the correct bicycle frame, for which I am most thankful.The Boardman range of bicycles that are on offer at Halfords are really nice and good value for money. They got different types for any rider.Definitely Halfords is the place I got first if I need anything for my bicycle. Even if they don't have it, they will give useful advice.

I had a very bad experience with Halfords Ruislip. I overheard Anitha who was working on the till at the time, commenting and joking about customers queries. The person doing the car battery checks was so rude and these free checks are a way of forcing the customer buy products that are not needed. I felt I was ridiculed, when I didn't go ahead with the purchase. So I hope the management will look into the behavior and provide sufficient training to staff.

Easy ordering of replacement rear light bulbs. Did click and collect and had long queue to join. ( no fast track for click and collect)Having given my car registration number to be assured of being given the correct bulbs on taking my rear light apart found that they were incorrect. Will need to make a return journey for refund.Went to local motor parts shop and bought the correct ones.

Appointment booked on line for 11am. When I arrived I was told the technician did not start his shift until 11.30 so had to then find a way to waste 30 mins. Eventually got the work done.I wasn't expecting an invisible mend so I am happy with the fix. However, my screen was covered in smudge marks which have proved hard to remove. Not sure what the smudge marks were but suspect it was a spillage of whatever they inject into the glass. Technician wasn't even at the rear of the store (where I had to drop it off) when I went to collect it so I had to go back round to the store to collect my keys.The job has been done but the staff work ethics are awful.Suggest they get some supervisors to kick a few butts

I would like to highly recommend the sales consultant named MIT! He is a professional in his field, he knows everything about the products that are on sale and he explains very clearly about the product that I want to purchase, but he also gives valuable advice that helps me make the right decision! Also thanks to MIT, I completely changed my attitude towards Halfords 100 percent and also thanks to him I deleted my negative review, as I had an unpleasant situation with a previous consultant who did not want to understand my situation and help me. It is people like MIT who should be in Halfords, because there is a huge selection of goods and when the buyer comes, he can find everything he needs, but on the condition that they will help him with this! Thank you again MIT for your help and attention! I wish you and the whole Halfords team all the very best!
