I discovered Alan from the Thames Water approved plumbers list.He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in his approach and is a great problem solver !We needed a new connection installed for a flat and split from a commercial shop. Coincidentally he also sorted out a leaking lead pipe.Alan is an expert in his field for sure ! His communication throughout the process was great.I would highly recommend him!

From arriving to prepare a quote, doing thework, tidying up and making good and coming back to finish once Thames Water had completed their part of the lead pipe replacement. I had an underground leak outside my property. Thames water said it was down to me. Alan dug a hole and found it was their faulty pipework outside my boundry.Alan new exactly what the problem was with his experience and expertise.Alan has saved Thames water and myself a lot of time and money.I had a lot of plumbers quotes around £2500 guessing the problem replacing all pipes into the property and digging up the garden.Alan took the stress out of the situation and was very prompt and professional with an emergency. also helping me understand what's going on, as know one knows anything about underground pipework until you have a problem like this.Don't get a Plumber, Get Alan!

Alan has been an absolute god-send and we cannot thank him enough!We had water supply pipes changed and new stopcock fitted due to a leak.Due to the property being on a huge slope and unbeknownst to us at the time, also on a bombsite this was no standard job and Alan has proved to be a very knowledgeable and extremely skilled plumber.From visiting to assess the works, providing written quote, explaining the process as it happened and ensuring the work was completed to a great standard and everything put back back to it's original state, (despite the heavens opening up on him for at least 2 X days straight and it taking him longer than expected through no fault of his own) he was reliable and hardworking.He has also helped us clear up an ongoing situation with Thames Water well after his work was completed.Absolute pleasure to meet, and a genuine chap whose work is top quality, cannot recommend him enough!
