We’ve been here often since it opened, new favourite place to hang out and meet friends in Worcester. Have gone for date night and also in a large group of 10+ and had amazing experiences every time no matter the group size. Staff are very friendly and explain the games really clearly, vegan drink options are wonderful (we love the vegan whipped cream topping). Prices are reasonable and selection of games is super extensive. Have recommended to family and friends and would genuinely recommend to anyone!

Good value for money with a huge range of games - literally the equivalent of a library for loan. Staff very friendly and happy to recommend games for newbies. We had light bites at the table (nachos and fries) - good food. Local beers and nice to see Barbourne cider on the menu.

A great place to go! As board game beginners we weren’t sure where to start but the staff were so helpful and brought over a selection and helped us choose good ones for us to play that were suited to us. They were very knowledgable of all of the rules for the games and explained them very well and clear, we usually spend ages trying to understand the rule book but they were really helpful and made our experience wonderful. The food is amazing too, lots of vegetarian and gluten free options! Definitely recommend going to the dice box Worcester, we had a lovely time and will return again soon! ☺️

First time visiting, won't be the last! Great staff reasonably priced tasty food and a boggling array of games. Tell the staff the sort of games you like and they will suggest games you may not have played before and they will tell you the basics of each game to get you started. Fab!

Booked a table for three hours and ended up staying for four in the end.5 adults went and we really enjoyed it, staff are really nice and approachable.Only managed four different games in that time but enjoyed it thoroughly.Will now be a regular haunt for family get together, and friends who also enjoy games.

We had just over an hour spare after visiting Worcester today. On our way back to our car, we spied The Dice Box and thought we'd pop in and see what it was like. We've only ever been to one board game café before.We were greeted by a friendly member of staff, and he explained what happens and what the charges were.We decided to try a 2 player game we'd never played before: Glasgow. It took a few minutes to get comfortable with the game, but we're up to speed in a few minutes.The staff were attentive, but not overly so. The one who tried to assist us at the start, who didn't know the game we selected, asked how the game played, and seemed genuinely interested in whether we enjoyed it. We did. We also liked the snacks and drinks we had.If we are out and about in Worcester again, this is highly likely to be on our list of places to visit.If you like board games, this is highly recommended.

Amazing new board game cafe. 500 games to choose from with helpfull staff on hand to help you make a selection of what to play, they will even teach you the rules if you want them to. Amazing coffee, food, cocktails & exclusive local beer & cider. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere. Something for everyone, aged 2 to 92

Just spent an extremely enjoyable few hours here - our first visit, but it most certainly won't be our last! I can't imagine a better way to while away a drizzly afternoon (or any afternoon for that matter!). The salted caramel milkshake and burgers were delicious. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. We played three games we'd never heard of before and loved every one of them. Lovely selection of beers and cocktails too - can't fault it! Thanks Ben & Katherine (pictured) - see you again very soon!

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable about the games suited for 4 rookies, a broad range to choose from as well.All drinks are at a good price, too. we will be back again and try more complex games next time.Thanks for a great evening.
