I applied to ilr summit date on 5th July bio date on 18th July and still waiting. I saw on social media many people get result which is they applied after me.They are Same category as me but I never understand how is queue working. Ecaa

They've messed me about for 18months, they don't talk to you, in the end they sent me the wrong visa forcing me to marry. I'm selling everything and moving to Australia instead. Can't be good for the UK economy for people to do that

We have applied for baby’s dependent visa in July but still awaiting on update. There’s no proper response. I don’t understand what’s taking them so long to process the visa. Because of this we had to cancel our trip abroad. Very distressing.

I haven't got any response since last week i sent this office a letter regarding the wrong information about my T4 visa. now seems like there's nothing i can do but only browsing reviews here which literally scared me. i feel desperate now

The most incompetent and dreadful organisation and experience I have ever had.My wife’s UK spouse visa refused on grounds of not meeting minimum financial requirements, even when required documentation states my annual income is excess of £30 Kunfortunately for me, I have 3 separate forms of income and not just one. This has obviously proven too difficult for the person dealing with my assessment. They clearly have the IQ of a dead knat and cannot even calculate 3 figures and have omitted to include a whole pension.As a result and £5,500 already paid for solicitor, visa, surcharge, I now have further expense, separation and stress while we wait for the appeal process to take its course.As a UK National I feel that I am being forced to leave my own country. These people should not be employed to do a job involvingcomplex matters, that deal with people lives, when they clearly are not capable of provide a service. Utterly disgusted

The UK Visa & Immigration department is racist, corrupt and cannot be trusted!My partner applied for a visa to visit the UK. The department made mistakes during the assessment of her supporting documents and refused to issue the visa. When we complained, the department refused to help us, by disregarding and ignoring all of our attempts to reach out to them. We were punished for mistakes which they made.The department discriminated against my partner because she is from a poorer third world country outside of Europe. Due to the assessors carelessness and failure to observe her documents properly, the department drew unjustified and discriminatory conclusions that she would not return to her home country, would overstay her visa and even claim benefits to support her stay in the UK.

WARNING!!! This office in Sheffield do not return documents or passport, they claim to have “sent” the item and give gibberish tracking number, when you call royal mail they confirm that they received a notification that they would he receiving something from UKVI to be sent however the UKVI dispatch team never actually handed it over to royal mail, i have been in talks with UKVI/solicitors/local MP to get this resolved and nearly 12months later still no passport, i have sent numerous emails/calls/complaints to UKVI and all they do if say it’s been sent, it look like more people are having the same issue. No one actually get off their comfortable office chair to physically check for the passport….yes you Christopher stop sending the same response and get off you behind and have a look you lazy jobs worth

I was applied for tier2 skilled work in priority service visa 4 months ago and still not get dicision from home office

Still waiting for my passport to return to me after my visa was approved 5 weeks ago.Same old story when I do a paid enquiry. (They clearly know nothing)Can someone please just send my passport back. I paid for priority service and it’s a joke how people not paying priority and has their bio date after mine getting all theirs done. My MP is involved now

Rubbish at all they dont answer the complements why you are getting paid for what for play games or serving people??? A simple ID don't need for waiting 8 months or a year !!!!!
