Ordered fish and chips here . The chips and peas were cold ,the batter was burnt with very little dried up fish in . The staff was so stressed they were on the verge of walking out they said. They used to be so good, what has happened, absolutely appalling.

Prices are a little more expensive but it's a less stressful experience than Asda. PLENTY of parking spaces even on the busiest days, the staff and security are top notch. The fruit, veg and bread always taste fresh and amazing. It's a shame they don't pay a higher wage to their staff as they seem more helpful.

Bit of a shocker here, but it is Weston-Super-Mud, so it's hard to expect much from a Morrisons in a town with council estates on three sides and a mud flat on the other.The baby seat prams are all filthy, covered in cobwebs and dirt, but the real highlight was stopping into the baby changing toilet to change our daughter only to find a cleaner stood there taking a leak, I mean at least lock the door?!

The food shop is great. The restaurant you had to choose and pay on the computer board. No cash till. Think this is unbelievable for the elderly to do. They should have staff on tills to serve you, this is the first Morrisons I have been to like this. Shame

Had breakfast here was horrible service the staff where so rude. The lady who served us was very grumpy and short with us.The food was so greacy and horrible for the money you pay you would think it would be nicer

Ideally placed just before the M5 motorway, Morrisons makes a great place to pop in and grab what you need, equally so your weekly shop on the way home.Clean, welcoming and well stocked.

Generally good. Nice fresh fruit veg and bakery products. More expensive than other supermarketsButcher can be dismissive and rude sometimes and ignore you, other times friendly. The meat often leaks blood, and you have to ask for an additional wrapper. The staff at self-service and other checkouts are usually polite, friendly, and helpful. However, an older woman who is on cigarette kiosk is often heard being rude and unhelpful to shoppers. Happy to come here sometimes.

Lovely café with wide options of food. Hot food is served with free sauce sachets. Although be careful when ordering coffee. When I ordered a caramel iced latte, it was charged as a honeycomb latte(which is more expensive) and received a gingerbread latte?

I've travelled all over Britain but this has to be the epicentre of selfish and ignorant people, while sitting in the cafe we watched several people park diagonally across both lanes of the road while they nip into the shop, meaning no one can get past, rather than walk an extra 30 seconds to the half empty car park, on top of this we watched an old man get into one of the cars and just throw" his trolley to the side which then was caught by the wind and took off down the road and hit several cars before getting jammed between 2 cars

Appalling customer service received at the Weston super mare store and this isn’t the first time. Looks like it’s really going downhill of late. Used to be really good but staff are often rude and ignorant if they bother to acknowledge you at all. I would recommend avoiding!
