I would have given five stars except for a matter which has arisen since the annual service.About a week after the service an answer warning light came on, which the owner's manual said indicated an electrical fault.I contacted Glyn Hopkin and made an appointment to bring the car in. To do so I had to take two hours of my annual leave and my wife had to take a long journey by bus to work.That afternoon, Glyn Hopkin phoned me to say that the matter had been easily resolved: he clearly and succinctly explained (although my memory of the details is now a bit muddy) that Dacia had two ways of switching off the engine maintenance alert and that the type on my car needed to be done manually and the mechanic hadn't done it.The next morning I collected the car. I spoke to the man who'd phoned me the previous day and said that, as the matter had been caused by their mechanic, I would like - as a bare minimum - to be recompensed the insurance charge on the courtesy car that had been given to me. I explained that the matter had caused significant disruption and inconvenience to my and my wife's schedules as well as the loss of summer of my annual leave; I should not, on the top of all that, have to pay for someone else's error.The staff member says that wouldn't be possible and launched into a long and convoluted explanation of what the issue was and how it was resolved. I pointed out that his monologue was in direct contrast to his short, clear explanation the previous day. He denied this and I insisted on speaking to the manager.The manager invited me into his office and listened politely to my version of events and that I felt that his employee, rather than assisting, had tried to obfuscate the matter.The manager said he would look into the matter and get back to me. It has been one week and I have yet to hear anything from Glyn Hopkin.

Worst service ever! Went to fix 3 issues with my 4 months old jogger. Left car in the St Albans Dacia garage for 6 working days to get all issues sorted. Noisy dashboard, airbag warning light on and issues with overheating inside the car. After collection I was told that all issues have been resolved except heating (which is understandable as they need to contact main Dacia production to get it solved), and I was told that car was road tested..... Where before I've left car I took a note and picture of a mileage and when I collected car it has only 0.3 mile more! And its has been over 3 weeks since I left and absolutely no one contacted me to give me any update. The car is worse state then before I've left it in the garage. On top of that I've made complaint with main Dacia and again they said they can't get hold of St Albans Dacia branch. Brand new car and it feels like its at least 30 years old... Rattling dashboard, airbag warning light icon constantly on.... Absolute disgraceful service....

Excellent customer service. Mash was very helpful in advising on the different Daccia car models. I took the Sandero Stepway out for a test drive and was so pleased with it I ordered one that day (the extreme version). Everything was explained thoroughly, no pressure just sound advice. Looking forward to collecting the vehicle soon.

I was contacted ahead of my planned service and MOT about whether I wanted to look into by Ziaur. I agreed as he put a very good case forward.On the day I was greeted by Ziaur who was very friendly, and explained to my car finance situation. It was explained clearly and in the end after Ziaur offered me a great deal,after getting my repayments very close to my original payments, so I bought a new car.
