I just want to say a massive thank you. You got me out of a major pickle when no-one else would help.This guy came out on a Sunday night, to pick up me...then my car....and drive us halfway across the country. He wouldn't have got home until after 2am....I'd been stranded in my vehicle for 14hrs on a off road track where no one could reach me. I was pulled out of the ditch at 4am by another company with a 4x4 and winch, but the winch damaged my suspension so the car could not be driven on the road. I had to abandon it and get a lift 1hr back to my hotel on Sunday morning 5am. I then spent all day and evening trying to find someone who would get me and my car over to Jedburgh for my work on Monday (car going to Jed Tyres & exhausts for repair, another amazing guy, Ian)....he was the only one that cared enough about my situation (he originally said he couldn't do it as he was just finishing his last job and going home for the evening, but then he asked what had happened....) and said he would be there asap. What a legend! Highly recommended service. Thanks again!

What an amazing gentleman? Stuck on hard shoulder with burst tyre and the gentleman provided a quick decent service with unbelieavley reasonable charges despite us being at his mercy.Don't call anyone else before calling KRS Dumfries.

Friendly service, Speedy response to call, uplifted from tight parking space not a problem! Delivery to home car pushed into drive where I can fix the problem. Very reasonable rates!! All round EXCELLENT!!!
