K.Johnson is a shocking manager - an individual that abuses and mistreats patients. she should be barred from working with The elderly and the team she has created around herself as just as bad no checks done on them and all the same mentality.

Hi iv visited my mother today on this lovely sunny day sat outside with the weather being lovely.. staff making sure my mother and myself where ok at all times plenty of fluids offered, nice to see they are following COVID regulations.

Awful home went to see my mum on Saturday nobody around to ask about my mum the senior think her name was Elaine was very rude I've spoken to a few other families and they said it's awful they had a fire and she wasn't even told about it the food is cold while the mangerm as a hot cooked fresh breakfast most weekends the place is just terrible
