Cant a Mil is unique. It's the only place in Cardiff where you can find a full range of Welsh-language books, as well as recommendations across the genres. It is also a great resource for Welsh learners, with books to suit all levels. Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful oasis to find little gems and speak Welsh. It’s hard finding Welsh speakers in Cardiff, but come here and you can immerse yourself in Welsh. Lovely and friendly owner. Diolch yn fawr.

Ordered an item and the customer service was absolutely amazing, very polite, patient and most of all, incredibly helpful. The item was sent the very next day from the purchase too! Overall a very positive experience :)

I can't recommend this nice Welsh book shop more.There are a lot of Welsh books and a wide range of cards and gifts.I'm a Welsh learner. If you're a learner like me, you can find everything you need here: textbooks, books for learners, grammar books and so on.Dw i'n hoffi'r siop lyfrau yn fawr.

A superb Welsh language bookshop and so much more. Wide variety of Welsh and Welsh interest books and gifts. The owner Jo is very knowledgeable and passionate about all things Welsh. Amazing in shop service and fast online orders also.

Great selection of Welsh books for all abilities. The woman who served me was very helpful and kind. I was a bit apprehensive about speaking in Welsh as I'm a bit rusty but I was put at ease straight away and now have a great selection of Welsh books to read. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Enjoyed my visit to this small, friendly, well-stocked bookshop. They had a very good range of fiction and non-fiction books, including a wide range of books for learners. I am far from a fluent Welsh speaker, but the owner and member of staff were very friendly and patient. It was great to chat with them in Welsh, though English is just fine too. I was pleased to buy an excellent book from an independent seller, and look forward to visiting again when not in as much of a rush. Diolch yn fawr iawn :).
