Really friendly and polite staff - go out of my way to use this Petrol Station - Thankyou. Also very clean and tidy - staff are always cleaning and tidying - well done.

Been a customer for a long time, no more. They pushed their Shell app which I installed. Weeks later I got a free costa drink on the app, so Saturday 9th April early morning I went in for said drink. The sales guy said no, that I'd need to spend £100 on fuel to receive the reward! After first saying that it was out of date! He claimed the app itself details this (in fairy wonderland, I guess) below the coupon. That is not what the app says, see pic. He insisted it did. The guy was rude so I left, equally rudely. Cannot recommend the store itself. Huge language barriers sometimes. Previously I was charged £30 for fuel I never bought, too - though staff quickly amended this I think I'll stick to my local. 2/5 2nd star convenience only.

Appalling customer service for disabled people. Will pump your petrol for you if you honk, but then refused signature only card & insisted my 9-year old son go into the shop and enter the pin number. Short changed him for his drink and demanded he say the pin number out loud in the queue. People in the queue behind him protested and a disagreement ensued, with the clerks shouting at my son to hurry up. Luckily, he's a smart boy and knows his rights. Signature only MEANS signature only!! Had to give one star, wanted to give zero. Avoid.

Filled up the tank a month ago and done a tyre refill. Noticed that was now twice the price. Unfortunately put the 50p coin in and couldn't take it out to replace with the new 1pound price. So 1pound for 7 minutes, at the last tyre it gave an error and couldn't see it because I was on the other side of the car. The tyre got a bit flat. Notified the stuff and the first guy answer was: next in line". Came in the second and his answer: "I can give you a pound if you want". Looked like 4 grade school behaviour. Instead of making notes of the bad machine and to start the device back so I can finish my last tyre as it was their problem

If it is still operational and has not been fixed, i would not recommend to use the Jet Wash if you have some love towards to your car. It was a bit more than a week ago, when i “washed” my car there, then went shopping and in the carpark i noticed that the car was still completely dirty, but most importantly, my car’s paint was totally deep scratched! Luckily the car remained dirty after the wash so it was clearly visible, that the scratches caused by the jet wash’s high pressure metal reinforced rubber pipe. Made a video and pictures in the carpark, then went back immediately to the station to speak to the manager. He and the staff was really helpful, admitted the fault, took some picture and my contact details, however no contact been made yet by Shell or the owner of the station. Right after he closed the jet wash, but i haven’t been there since. So don’t use the jet wash, unless you made sure it has been fixed!!!

Spacious petrol station with cash machine, car wash and a walk in mini convenience shop. The fuelling stations are stocked with gloves. Staff are always well mannered and friendly. My go to petrol station.

No autogas anymore here, so won't be using it. If Shell couldn't make a profit from it, that suggests something very basic wrong with their business model.

Shell leadanhall high standards and great service can't get better boy I miss being a cashier but this 24/7 seven day a week and 364 a year

It's a fuel station, it sells diesel and petrol. Shop is clean and sells a reasonable range of soft drinks and confectionery. Service has always been fine. Does what it says on the tin.
