Couldn’t ask for more from the staff (Sam & Kelly Ann) at TUI Neath. They were so amazing helping us to arrange our dream family holiday and bent over backwards to meet all of our requirements. I would highly recommend as they have been outstanding.

Recently booked a winter holiday in the store with Samantha. Very helpful and friendly! We really liked there was no pushy sales pitch, and she also had a lot of information about the different resorts, that helped us choose the right one for us! Roll on January!

Amazing professional service received today from the staff at TUI Neath. Kirsty dealt with my booking and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best deal. Whilst in the Neath branch she was able to shortlist my hoilday requirements and compare with quotes I had received from different companies. Not only did she find a better hotel she also matched the price. With emails being sent back and forth to confirm the booking, everything was made clear and simple.Hats off to the team 5stars

Recently booked a holiday with an advisor kirsty and she couldn’t have done enough for me. Went through every aspect of the holiday and even sorted out my euros and helped me download the TUI APP after showing me all the features on there. Definitely be returning to TUI Neath for my next holiday

My partner and I booked our wedding at Neath TUI branch this weekend with the lovely Kathleen. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating and we can’t thank them enough! Kathleen was patient, knowledgable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Kathleenmade the booking process so straight forward and we can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much!

I booked a holiday over the phone today, was unsure as this is the first time I had done this, plus taking my son. I was greeted by Teresa. From the start she made me feel so comfortable and nothing was to much trouble. Explaining every detail, and searching every possible price/hotel etc. I cannot recommend Teresa enough. Will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much. ❤️
