Hartwell Watford Ford

Its a long time since Ive been impressed by customer service like Hartwell. Thank you Jamie for your work on my car and for your honesty!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Beyond awful! Wasted a days holiday bringing my car in for a simple rear light bulb to be fixed. Provided details in advance of the issue. They kept my car ALL day to be told they will now order the part, and won’t be long! Well this was on 6th October. I have since chased this up and been promised numerous calls back and it’s now 4th December! Absolutely awful service. Will never ever return to them in a million years. Such a shame as Sky Ford who were there previously were amazing, such a let down that these jokers are now my local ford dealership! Would rather travel to a further branch than have to deal with these useless people again. They clearly don’t care about their customers or reputation.

Not happy, been waiting for a call back, bought my car in December, it has been showing signs of electrical problems, taken it back several times, apparently its the way I drive!!. Then the keys don't work, driving along the A41 lost total power, called several times expecting a call back but nothing as of yet. I've been extremely patient, didn't want to leave a bad review but this is my hard earned money being wasted qnd no one cares at Hartwell

In August I purchased a used Ford from Hartwells Ford dealership in Watford. I dealt with a member of the sales team called Adam, he was very helpful and we completed the purchase smoothly.After a few days I noticed a couple of minor issues that concerned me and I contacted Hartwells to raise these concerns.I was expecting a battle to get the issues resolved. Andy Lee (Manager) stepped in and supported Adam giving me some very good options to resolve the problems.. I have now exchanged my vehicle with them and I’m really pleased with the outcome.You can only judge a business on how they deal with an issue. Andy and his team didn’t try and give excuses, they just fixed it!A very positive experience all round from Andy, Adam and the team.Thank you.

Did a part-exchange at Hartwell and the customer service was excellent. Stefan Brady was extremely thorough and professional and was able to answer, or find out the answers to, all my queries. They went above and beyond to help me fix my child’s car seat in my new car. Would thoroughly recommend using this dealer.

Second purchase from Hartwell in Watford! Probably the best service I have experienced in a car purchase ever! The sales consultant was brilliant in her handling of my requests, I was literally about to shake hands on a car deal from another dealership when she called me and she had 30 minutes to get a deal together for me and she did, so got my new car this week, she even stayed late so I could pick it after work! Also followed through on paperwork after the sale! Why can’t all sales consultants be like Isabella in Hartwell Watford! Want a Ford then see her!Cheers
