Absolutely shocking experience with carpet right , great salesman but after that nothing. We were told our carpet was in stock and we would get a call within days to arrange fitting . 6 weeks later no carpet , just hours wasted on phone calls they don’t answer , emails they don’t answer , visits to their showroom where they arrange fitters who don’t turn up, on multiple occasions. Would not recommend them at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Carpet Right, and Luke Kalyana, their manager, made it even better. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and ensured I found the perfect carpet for my home. Highly recommended for their excellent service!

Really disappointed that an email complaint was sent in 10 days ago and still no real update. I just know my flooring now won't be finished for Christmas and can't finish sorting my living room or kitchen as we are still living out of boxes.

Having been in sales for the last 30 years, selling all sorts from windows, cars. houses and now financial services, I sometimes can be very critical of sales people these days, they are normally pushy and think they know it all, or have'nt got a clue and can't be bothered. So I was pleasantley surprised by what I thought would be a mundane shopping trip for flooring. A young man called Luke looked after us and he was brilliant... you dont feel as if you are being sold to when your dealing with a good salesman. Luke was easy to deal with and took his time to get to know us and what we needed, ran through the options available, the pros and cons of each and reasons why he was recommending one product over another and made us feel that we were making the decsions....thats a good salesman and a good communicator. To be honest he was serving another couple before us and I watched him from a distance and before I even spoke to him I thought 'wow, this guys good' .In the end I did get the product I wanted but I mainly bought because of Luke, and will definatley go to him again. When we were selling double glazing in the 90's we were taught to sell ourselves first...people buy from people.....and thats what Luke did, he sold himself well, which then makes selling the product alot easier because customers relax and barriers and objections melt away and they become more receptive and open as you build rapport and trust between you and the client....he is a credit to the business. I eventually became a sales director for a window company and had a team of 30 reps, If i had a couple of Lukes in the team I could have easily doubled my turnover. He is an impressive young man, you need to be careful he does'nt get poached.

Excellent store. The staff are really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to lay the flooring down. Now that the room is finished, it looks superb.

Very tidy and presentable store. Sales colleagues made me feel warm and welcome, especially Luke who greeted me in such a nice manner and talked me through the different types of carpets showing great knowledge!

Luke, the new manager, was spectacular. He made the process of replacing carpets very smooth. Delivery and installation was also fast. I couldn't be happier with service.I would recommend to a friend. 100%

Great experience, Luke was brilliant helping me with selection and guiding on the carpets on offer. Friendly, patient and a great customer experience. Shop was clean with a variety of selections too. Highly recommend for your carpet needs
