Visited as needed a jacket and trousers cleaning. Thorough examination by staff highlivhted any marks.The promised timeframe was met and a text advised ready for collection. Easy parking making collection of the stain free garments easy.

They offer more than a dry cleaning, acting as a drop off and collection point for UPS. you can also print your photos and have them transferred onto gifts, including mugs.

Excellent service from Ilona last week. We’ve been using Johnsons in Burbage for years and always receive service with a smile and a good clean for our clothes. Definitely recommended.

Update****Following my complaint, customer services got in touch. They were shocked to find the item had been returned to me with the poor alteration and promised to do everything in their power to rectify it.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and convinced me to return the jacket. They turned the work around within 4 days and I can happily say the workmanship is faultless.The sleeve was shortened with the buttons move up the cuff and new button holes.From my understanding most people have not had an issue here and I think I was probably a bit unlucky during the Christmas period, shutdowns etc.Thank you for resolving the matter.*Unfortunately I used Johnson's dry cleaners to have a designer jacket shortened at the sleeve.The specific request was to take 1 inch off and ensure the button and cuffs look exactly the same once complete.No problem..They also promised to return the item between Christmas and New year at the latest, unfortunately it took much longer with very little communication from the shop.Ultimately, the photos speak for themselves. I'm surprised something can pass quality control like this.(Can't comment on their dry cleaning as I haven't used the service)

The staff are really friendly. I was really impressed with the service as I took a 3 piece suit in to be dry cleaned on a friday. I was asked when I wanted it ready for and I said Tuesday, I received a message I could pick it up on the Sunday. Definitely recommend.

This is the first time that a very nice man did ironing of my bed linen. It is perfectly done!!!!Also he was very kind and brought my items to the car!!!. He is the best!!!Thank you very much!!!

Thank you so much to the kind lady who let me collect my parcel even though I was 5 mins past closing and she had already just locked up. Very kind.

Paid and extra £3 to have the bobbles removed which they weren’t. Looks like my clothes have been scraped with wire wool as they are all fluffy around the waste bands and hems. They fixed the zip nicely but have undone the stitching on one of the trouser hem legs! Will not be using this service again!
