Brilliant family run gym that runs numerous CrossFit and PT sessions. They understand how hard it is to fit in getting fit with a young family, so they welcome children with a large selection of toys and outdoor space at their Mums That Lift and Family CrossFit sessions. There is a real community atmosphere at the gym, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This is a superb box tucked away in Fife. Well worth a visit if you are in the area, or joining if you are in town for longer.Modern equipment and dedicated coaching / staff. Intelligent & effective programming that caters for all stages of fitness and objectives - from beginners - to daily fitness - right through to competitive athletes.

The Strength Lab
I started at the Strength Lab just over 6 years ago when I was pregnant with my son, who has since grown up being part of the strength lab family! A lovely warm welcoming gym which feels like a second home to me. I've since had a second child and I felt supported through my whole pregnancy and postnatal journey by the excellent instructors. Would thoroughly recommend this gym to absolutely anyone regardless of their ability!
