I needed to have papers shredded and did a search on my computer. This company came up as being a local one, I emailed explained what i wanted and explained that I was deaf and contact with me would need to be by text message. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, from the office and especially from a very pleasant and understanding young man, Danny. He kept me up to date with the expected time he would arrive, and was so very pleasant to deal with. Well done Danny for all the extra information re your arrival. Very much appreciated.
