Spa day and gym visit on this occasion and had a really nice time. The staff were really good and made sure they looked after us.Had the 3 course Sunday dinner the starter and main were fantastic, not keen on the desserts.The facilities were really nice, clean and just a nice atmosphere. Couldn’t experience the full spa due to social distancing but what we did was good, the gym was a bit basic but fine for what I wanted if you’re big into the gym you might not have as much there as you would want. Defo go back after restrictions eased to experience the rest.

Very pleasant location, greens, trees and small lake. Great clubhouse, excellent food at a fair price. Beers on tap, nice staff and very comfortable all round.

Really lovely meals great service and has it should be lovely staff service with a smile no problem booking a table at last minute for 3 people, always checking everything was o.k A* first time visiting.

Despite it being an almost dead flat track, The Oaks is a very well thought out golf course. A mixture of water hazards, bunkers, woodland and out of bounds certainly keep you on your toes for most of the round, but the quality of the fairways means a good tee shot rewards you with an excellent chance of parring each hole.The clubhouse bar has great views back across the course, and the practice facilities are also of a good standard.

Played in cross trophy (a York Union event) beginning of march, with the amount of rain that had fallen over the previous week's I was surprised that the comp was still taking place. Sunday morning came, weather was fine, and course was in very good condition, greens were ok for time of year, can only get better.The greens staff had done a very good job in getting the course prepared. Good pro shop and very good catering. It helps when you are in the prizes . Always a pleasure to play.

Nice course with good greens. A good training area that you can use before your round. The course is very flat and it has a good finishing hole. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
