We are so glad we found this lovely lady! We inherited a Leylandii hedge 20 feet high which ran the whole length of the end of our back garden. We have always hated it as it made the garden dark and gloomy and very little would grow successfully in front of it. Fortunately, at the end of last year it became infected with a disease which caused a good half of it to turn brown and die, so we had no alternative but to get this 50 year old monster removed. We now had a back garden full of light for the first time but with a large expanse of desolate ground where the hedge had been. What to do with it?This is where Andrea came in. After several very friendly meetings with us, she came up with a design which took account of the age and style of the house, as well as our personal preferences as regards colours and plants we liked. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The detailed planting plan she produced was meticulous with thought given to colour groupings and the size and spread of re-sited existing shrubs and perennials. The final design provided detailed information regarding hard landscaping too, and included a lovely seating area in our newly discovered sunny corner.Everything she did was done with cheerfulness and at a very reasonable cost. We cannot recommend Andrea highly enough for her professionalism, knowledge of plants, design capability and client empathy.

I moved to Scotland in 2021 and decided to get some professional advice to redesign my front garden. Andrea is a very pleasant lady who visited me several times to discuss my needs and to exchange ideas. Her advice was invaluable and the planting plan very detailed and just what I had hoped for.

We immediately warmed to Andrea, and it was very clear from the outset that Andrea would take as long as necessary to make sure the garden was exactly how we imagined it. We had lots of visits and email correspondence. The plan we ended up with - and the resultant garden which is still in throws of completion - is in fact so much better that we could ever have imagined. Andrea really listened, asked us questions to really drill down into what we were looking for and her drawings were so professional and a great visual. Andrea also provided a planting schedule and purchasing guide which was invaluable as that in itself takes a lot of pressure off and I now have the happy task of purchasing and planting knowing I'll have all year round colour and interest! Andrea is a very professional and very sweet lady who has worked us to redesign our large garden after deciding that we need to move our driveway. She has worked with us and listened to what we needed and has developed some amazing ideas for a garden that my two little boys will love and a functioning entertainment area. She has worked with us to help us bring the elegance and balance that our Victorian era farm house needed. Not being from the UK Andrea is also working with me with planting design so we can ensure we have a beautiful garden all year around. I would recommend her to anyone.
