I had to give one star to register I give the store and especially customer services nil. Stars .Your website says open till 8.00pm however with no signage around the phone store part I went to customer services to enquire, it shuts at five" but it Friday night how are you supposed to get a service if you work all day " I know yeah it's shut".Thanks Tesco your service still Sucks at Park Rd. Nil Stars."

Would give lower if I could spend over a hour in the store, started serving other customers while serving me. Got told I could get a new phone sorted but got told the store was closing (a hour before it was meant to shut) didn’t even get a apology. New staff member made weird remarks about my appearance. Avoid go to EE there much friendlier.

Went into Park Rd Liverpool Tesco mobile for help with transfering data and spoke to Miles. He was amazing and resolved all my issues. Went above and beyond. Something rare these days. Thank you
