Very bad customer service , went to exchange goods I bought there although I got it exchange because it was faulty, I was spoken down to I'm a professional person, felt very sad , I alway shop in pKs over the years never to return to thst store

Had lots of cheap end product lines with high prices..you could shop for an alternative place.. shelves are over stocked.I noticed the staff eyeing up order customers.But my guess is the Harlesden shopping experience.. its not my cup of tea.

This shop has a very wide range of products, the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the wigs, gave great advice. The other shop assistants were really helpful, this is a large store so instead of looking aisle to aisle for my products, I just named it and it was brought to me. Great products, excellent service

Very wide range of hair products.Staff are superb...they take their time to assist and answer whatever questions you may have about their products.Update- their wigs tangle really easily, not worth the price.They could be more honest about some of their products not being durable.

Nice shop in a good location easily spotted!Always well stocked with a variety of Afro - Caribbean products.Staff are friendly and helpful. Majority of the prices are competitive however a few are overpriced.

Pak's Hair and Cosmetic Centre
A very large hair shop with many different varieties of hair products and accessories available to buy. The staff seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer the few questions that I had on my last visit. The prices of the products that I purchased were reasonable. I have shopped here many times over the years and will continue to do so.
