Discover Paddling
Mike was brilliant and knew how to deal with small kids, us adults and the teenagers in our group! The calm, beautiful location and Mike's clear, simple instructions made for a great experience for us beginners. Nice amount of paddling up and down the canal, fun games and daring trips under a bridge both ways kept everyone interested and exceeded expectations. Great bonus that we got lots of cool photos that Mike took to keep! Would highly recommend this activity for all.

We had such a great time , the Woods , Barrett’s and Leslie on annual outing. Great session with vary levels of skills. With the elders versus the youth. Who cares who won we had fun

We had a fantastic hen do session with Mike. It was the perfect balance of paddling and fun and games set in a beautiful and sheltered location. We had quite a mix of abilities and everyone felt supported and encouraged. Kit was great, and there was a fab pub next door for lunch! Highly recommended.

We are two women in our 50's and had a really joyful time! Mike was very attentive, I learnt more from him about how to paddle than any other kayaking session I'd previously gone on. Loved the calmness & wildness of the canal - seeing swans, various wild birds; paddling through the reeds, cool water, and under a bridge. (We went to Saul Junction). We are both soo glad we went on this trip. Highly recommended.

Had an excellent paddle session with Mike. His teaching-through-playing approach made the morning fun and educational. Not only did we learn about the fun and safe aspects of boarding, we also learned about the respect the sport has for environment around it; nature comes first.Highly recommend Mike. I've paddled elsewhere before, this was head and shoulders above them all.

A brilliant experience across the board, 3 absolute beginners and one who was and is extremely nervous around water. Mike was fantastic at simply explaining everything and also making sure everyone was at ease. The activities and games were excellent and helped to really grow out confidence, he even managed to get the most nervous one to get on her feet!!! Would highly recommend this entire experience to anyone and everyoneThanks Mike for a brilliant morning

We did the kayaking experience with Mike at Saul Junction. It was fantastic, Mike was superb, recognised our son was a little nervous, his encouragement and reassurance had the him lying on the front of his kayak touching the end with his nose. All in all brilliant, would recommend to anyone.

Mike and Grace are both excellent instructors. The two hour session flew by and everyone had a great time!
