Had an issue with the locking mechanism on my UPVC front door, which meant not only was it secured by only one bar instead of 5, we couldn’t open it from outside.Having already tried 5 other window/door suppliers who either weren’t interested or couldn’t come out for almost a month, I finally found Nigel of Cotswolds Lock and Safe.Not only was he able and willing to come out within the hour, he did exactly that, fixed the door and his fee was very reasonable. I wasn’t home but my wife found Nigel to be thoroughly professional and a genuinely nice person.Very pleased with the service he provided and will be keeping hold of his details for sure.
